Job Description:

Being a part of a team that specializes in creating design work to enhance the brand on all web and app interfaces. Applying your expertise in digital design, your design skills, and your unique perspective to help the business achieve its creative objectives, Designing crucial user experiences for web and mobile apps. Guiding the future direction of the app’s user interface, Updating the UI Toolkit to meet the latest industry standards and best practices, Improving existing user experiences to increase user engagement, Using data to validate designs, Showing designs to high-level stakeholders,Collaborating closely with developers and other team members in a Scrum environment. Having a strong understanding of the entire UX/UI design process, including research, design, validation, implementation, and improvement.

Responsibilities:

Being a part of a team that specializes in creating design work to enhance the brand on all web and app interfaces.
Applying your expertise in digital design, your design skills, and your unique perspective to help the business achieve its creative objectives.
Designing crucial user experiences for web and mobile apps.
Guiding the future direction of the app’s user interface.
Updating the UI Toolkit to meet the latest industry standards and best practices.
Improving existing user experiences to increase user engagement.
Using data to validate designs.
Showing designs to high-level stakeholders.
Collaborating closely with developers and other team members in a Scrum environment.
Having a strong understanding of the entire UX/UI design process, including research, design, validation, implementation, and improvement.
Good experience working with user data and customer feedback.
Being familiar with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Having proficiency in tools such as Sketch, Zeplin, AxureRP, InVision, and others.
Having the capability to create prototypes at both low and high fidelity.
Good command of various UX/UI tools for creating low and high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and final artwork (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure, XD)

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science/ Information Technology
